The 25-year-old has been Villa sixth-best player so far this campaign with a current season rating of 6.89 according to WhoScored. After his latest post on Twitter after playing 90 minutes in the Carabao Cup final, earning himself a match rating of 6.8 in the process, many Villa fans decided to share their support for the right-back.

It’s good to see Guilbert showing his love for the club and the pride he takes in playing for them. It’s also good to see how positive the fans have been towards him in the replies to his post. This shows that he has made a good start in his first season at the Birmingham club.
