Aston Villa fans on Twitter have been drooling over footage of fellow Villa fans at the Carabao Cup final.
This comes after Villa fan and DJ @NathanDawe shared a post on his official page that included a video of himself and a large group of Villa fans at Boxpark in Wembley before the final took place in the main stadium.
Are you disappointed with the Carabao Cup final result?
Yes, Villa deserved to win
No, City deserved it
Dawe captioned the post calling the Villa fanbase “absolutely incredible” before pleading with the Villa fans to “get behind the boys” for the remainder of the season.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were impressed with what they saw in the video.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:

The final saw Dean Smith’s side fall to a 2-1 defeat to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City team (per BBC Sport). However, despite losing the match, the mood of the Villa fans was quickly turned around after this footage of Dawe and a large number of travelling Villa supporters getting fired up for the final emerged on Twitter.

What do we think?
It’s great to see the Villa fans in the footage enjoying their time at Wembley and getting in good spirits before the match. Unfortunately for them, their side lost the final but the memories they will have from the day will still last.
