The Brazilian signed for the club back in the previous summer transfer window from fellow Premier League side Manchester City. In his first season at Villa Park, Luiz has managed to score just three goals and provide two assists in 32 appearances for Dean Smith’s side. Now that the topic of Luiz has been mentioned on Twitter, this has led to lots of Villa fans to share what they think about the 21-year-old.

What do we think?
It’s nice to see these Villa fans recognising Luiz’s talents and identifying the potential he has in him. Despite him not having the best debut season for his new club in terms of scoring or assisting goals, it will be a comfort for Luiz to see the faith and belief these Villa fans have in him.
