Keinan Davis' #AVFC contract reportedly set to expire in 15 weeks
is the 22-year-old worthy of a new deal, has looked bright but injuries have hampered KD this term pic.twitter.com/DZiUgxIIFQ

Get rid. He’s had chances. Absolutely dreadful player.

No will never score enough goals in the Premier league or The Championship,to be fair would probably struggle to score goals in league 1 #avfc

No personally I don’t think he’s at the level he needs to be for our position, will do well in a few years if he can sort the injuries out but lower level pro for me imo

The 22-year-old, who is currently valued at £2.25 million according to Transfermarkt, has a current contract at Villa that runs out at the end of June this year (per Transfermarkt). The Englishman has made just 14 appearances for across all competitions scoring just one goal and providing one assist. Now that Davis’ future at Villa has been called into question, this has paved the way for many Villa fans to call for the club to cut their ties with the striker.
He needs to go I’m afraid. Has showed he can hold a ball up, but doesn’t know where the net is.

Get rid too injury prone

Not for me. For Villa to move forward we need to Improve quality. Even when fit has never looked like he will score enough goals.

What do we think?
It’s a shame that these Villa fans don’t see a future at the club for Davis. At just 22-years-old, the striker still has time in his career to get regular football at another club should the opportunity arise in the summer.
