Sheffield Wednesday suffered their sixth defeat in their last nine Championship fixtures at Kenilworth Road on Wednesday night. Garry Monk’s side are on a poor run of form and this latest defeat at the hands of survival hopefuls Luton Town has come as yet another huge disappointment.
James Collins scored for the hosts after missing a penalty earlier on and the Owls were unable to respond, meaning they now sit nine points behind the play-off positions.

What do we think?
The pressure on Garry Monk is rapidly increasing and judging by these replies, we can assume he has lost the support of a significant portion of the fanbase. The club’s hopes of reaching the play-offs are diminishing fast and neither the players nor the manager have been able to stop the rot in recent weeks.
