Rangers are back in action in the Europa League tonight as Steven Gerrard’s side host Braga at Ibrox. The match is Rangers’ first competitive game against non-domestic opposition since they drew with Young Boys in their last game of the group stages.
In anticipation for the match, Rangers fans have been looking back at some of their best European moments in recent history.
One of the moments that fans are talking about actually came from earlier this season when Sheyi Ojo scored a crucial goal against Feyenoord in their first group stage match.
Rangers fan Michael Seafarer shared footage of Ojo’s goal on Twitter.
However, while the goal itself was impressive, other fans admit that the player has failed to perform since. One fan jokes that it was his last appearance for the side, despite having featured in 22 matches for the Gers since. He has clearly left much to be desired since that day.
Since then he has played in four more Europa League matches, 15 league matches and three matches in domestic cup competitions.
Here is a collection of fans discussing how ineffective Ojo has been for them.

From memory, that was the last time he kicked a ball.

Is there time for Ojo to redeem himself at Rangers?
Yes
No
What do we think?
Ojo has failed to score for Rangers in a competitive game since that day. He did score for the Gers in a friendly match against Lokomotiv Tashkent in mid-January, however.
The fans have good reason to be frustrated with Ojo for his lack of impact on the Gers’ season. Hopefully, if given more chances by Gerrard, the young Englishman can bag a few more goals before returning to Liverpool after his loan is complete.
