Leeds United defender Barry Douglas took to social media to express his joy following the narrow victory over Reading in the Championship on Saturday. The Whites are now five points clear of Fulham in third place meaning they have a little breathing space ahead of their trip to Middlesbrough on Wednesday night.
Douglas was an unused substitute at the weekend, but these Leeds fans are looking forward to seeing the former Scotland international back on the pitch.

What do we think?
Barry Douglas has made just 11 appearances in the Championship for Leeds United this season. Signed from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer of 2018 for £3.06m (via Transfermarkt.co.uk), the 30-year-old has been limited to just 39 appearances for the Whites. As Marcelo Bielsa’s side look to secure automatic promotion, we believe the Argentine coach has a strong enough squad to restore this sleeping giant of a club back to the promised land of the Premier League.
