A lot of Leeds United fans have responded to a tweet by their club’s official Twitter page that shows Kalvin Phillips walking off at the end of the Whites’ match with Bristol City.
The video shows Phillips applauding the Elland Road faithful while the crowd serenade the 24-year-old.
Was Phillips the difference on Saturday?
Yes, he makes Leeds tick
No, he was good but others were better
Phillips has turned in two brilliant performances since he has returned from suspension earning an 8/10 rating from the Yorkshire Evening Post against Brentford and another 8/10 for his display against Bristol City.
Certainly, these Leeds fans were impressed by Phillips’ display.

I genuinely believe that no amounts of money and no club could sway this guy away from playing for us. He’s the definition of Leeds

What do we think?
The 24-year-old, who is valued at £9.9m by Transfermarkt, has helped the Whites pick up four points from their past two matches when they had only picked up three points from the previous 15.
Phillips was everywhere on Saturday, as can be seen in statistics collected by LUFCDATA, which show that the 24-year-old made 11 ball recoveries, made three clearances, three interceptions, and also created three chances.
The Whites won 1-0 thanks to Luke Ayling’s second goal of the season, and they will hope that this result signals a turning point in their season.
