A lot of Leeds United fans loved Phil Hay’s tweet during the Whites’ 1-1 draw with Brentford.

In the second half, he tweeted that Jean-Kevin Augustin was getting ready to come on, and this gained a lot of replies from many excited Leeds fans.

What do you make of Augustin so far?

Like what I see

No idea, not seen enough of him

What do we think?

Patrick Bamford failed to score once again, and the Frenchman was given 14 minutes to make himself a hero, but it was not enough time as he received a 5.92 rating from WhoScored and did not have a single shot.

Leeds dominated the match against the Bees but could only score one goal, and when Augustin came on, he failed to have the desired impact as can be seen from his rating.

To be fair to him, Marcelo Bielsa is slowly introducing him to the Leeds squad, and in the long run, these 14 minutes could do him good.

Next up for the Whites is a game with Bristol City, and it appears some Leeds fans will be hoping that Augustin is deemed fit enough to start in that match.
