Some Celtic fans have mocked the club’s latest announcement about them being awarded a prestigious honour.
The club recently announced that it has been handed an accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) – a standard for human resources management, offering accreditation to organisations that adhere to the Investors in People Standard.
Are you really bothered by Celtic getting this accreditation?
It doesn't really matter
Yes, shows the club in good light
They posted the announcement on Twitter and many Hoops fans were in a jovial mood. That wasn’t because of the achievement itself, but because of any other reason that they could come up with.
This feels like another treble. What a way to start the weekend.

IIP recognises the success of an organisation through how it manages performance, enhances abilities of the employees and creates success. Hoops Chief Executive Peter Lawwell expressed his joy at the accreditation, saying that he was ‘delighted’ about it and it is a sign of how the club has to ‘look after’ the staff.
What do we think?
The atmosphere at Celtic has become a rather positive one because of the recent 5-0 win over Hearts and how they’re currently ten points above Rangers at the top of the Premiership table as they seek a ninth straight league title. The fans’ comments clearly show that they’re in a fun mood and they certainly deserve to be in one.
