Some Celtic fans have been raving about the abilities of the Hoops’ striker Odsonne Edouard in light of his recent performances.
The French striker was on the scoresheet for the club against Hamilton recently, as well as grabbing a brace against Motherwell.
Is Edouard the best player in the Premiership?

A Hoops-related page called CelticGossip posted about Edouard recently and it got many fans talking. They feel he’s probably the best striker in the country.

As things stand, Celtic have scored the highest number of goals in the Premiership so far. Not just that, but Edouard is the highest scorer in the league with a tally of 20 goals. As per Whoscored, he has contributed to 28 percent of the club’s goals this season.
The former Paris Saint-Germain man had scored 15 goals in the Premiership last season and had contributed to 19 percent of the club’s goals. He was only the season’s third-highest scorer but it shows how he has risen in prominence so far.
What do we think?
The aforementioned stats show that Edouard has improved since last season and his influence at Parkhead has only gone up. It is worth arguing whether he’s the best player in the Premiership, but he surely is one of the best.
