Some Celtic fans have urged the club to make sure to Odsonne Edouard signs a new contract at Parkhead as soon as possible after the French striker was handed the award for being the Premiership’s Player of the Month for January.
The Hoops posted an image of the striker holding up the accolade and Edouard himself responded to the tweet.
Will Edouard sign a new contract at Celtic?
He will sign it
No, he's off in the summer
When the club posted the image, it left many Celtic fans raving. They want to see the Hoops hand him a new contract as soon as possible.
Force him to sign a new deal.

January was certainly an impressive month for Edouard. He played only three Premiership games for the club, but scored three goals in that time. He got a brace against Ross County, helping the side to a 3-0 win after coming on from the bench. He also got a goal against Kilmarnock, as Celtic picked up a 3-1 win.
Edouard has made 37 appearances in all competitions this season. He has racked up as many as 23 goals, while also bagging 16 assists for the club.
What do we think?
Edouard’s current deal at Parkhead runs out in the summer of 2022 and he has been linked with moves to Monaco and Premier League side Leicester City recently. His goals and his contract situation suggest that he can still be sold at a high value. And come the summer transfer window, Celtic may have a huge decision to make.
