It was a crazy day of FA Cup drama on Tuesday night as Birmingham City hosted Coventry City in the cup. It looked like the Blues’ cup run was over as the clock hit 90 minutes. Earlier in the game, Marc Roberts scored an own-goal to put the hosts behind until Harlee Dean, who is valued at £2.7 million (as per Transfermarkt), scored in the 92nd minute to send the match to extra time. Two more extra-time goals saw the match go to penalties. What could be a more stressful affair?
But it was Dean again who scored the all-important goal, winning the match for Pep Clotet’s side during the shootout.
