Supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers have been reacting to footage which emerged from training in which Ruben Neves goes in goal.
On Tuesday, the Old Gold uploaded the footage to their Twitter account in which the Portuguese midfielder went between the sticks (as per Wolves), which some fans loved.

I miss the days where outfield players had to go in goal if the keeper has sent off or injured! Although after watching this I’m hoping @rubendsneves_ isn’t the emergency outfield keeper ?

Is Ruben Neves the best player that Nuno Espirito Santo has at his disposal? No, he's good but not the bestYes, he is a fantastic player for us |
Neves has been with the Old Gold following his arrival from Porto in 2017 (per BBC). Since then, the 22-year-old has gained the admiration of supporters over 120 appearances, during which he has bagged 14 goals and seven assists (per Transfermarkt).
However, while some supporters enjoyed the footage from the training session, others were a little less positive on the footage and found annoyance for a number of reasons.
No wonder we can’t kill teams off.. we can’t even score against a midfielder in goal. ?

What do we think?
It is good to see that most supporters took the footage in the light-hearted manner that it was intended, however, there will always be people that love a moan.
Despite one supporter slating Rui Patricio, the Portuguese shot-stopper has kept 10 clean sheets in 36 games so far this term and conceded 41, giving him a fairly respectable 1.14 goals against per game average (per Transfermarkt).
