Are you happy with the appointments made in David Moyes' backroom staff?Yes, they're good appointmentsNo, it's just too little, too late |
During his career, Kevin Nolan featured in 157 games for the Hammers, in which the former midfielder bagged 31 goals and 18 assists (as per Transfermarkt).
However, as Moyes has now been back in the job for over a month (as per BBC), some supporters were furious that it had taken the club so long to appoint the staff that the Scotsman needed.
It’s only taken, what, 5/6 weeks to get a portion of the back room team. Result! ??????

And why weren’t they appointed shortly after the Moyes appointment? About 5 weeks too late?

What do we think?
On the whole, supporters seem to be pleased with the personnel that have been brought in – they are just disappointed that it has taken so long to get them in place, which is understandable.
However, what also seems odd is that the new staff members have only been brought in ‘until the end of the season’ (as per West Ham), which does not seem all that much like planning for the long term.
