Spurs fans have been reacting to the news that Jose Mourinho wants to bring RB Leipzig winger Emil Forsberg to the North London club this summer.
According to German news outlet Sport Bild, as quoted by Sport Witness (via Talking THFC), the Portuguese manager is taking a keen interest in the Swedish international, who could be available for as little as €20 million (£16.85 million). The 28-year-old has impressed in Julian Nagelsmann’s side so far this season, contributing nine goals for the club in all competitions.
It seems as if the Bundesliga side are willing to let him leave on a cut-price deal, considering he is currently valued at £25.2 million by Transfermarkt, with the winger reportedly keen on a move to the Premier League.
Would Forsberg be a good signing for Spurs?

Would be great to see Spurs get some business agreed before the summer transfer window like the way Chelsea have. That’s never going to happen though

I don’t believe he can play RB, LB, or CDM, so that’s a solid no

What do we think?
Mourinho got a brief look at Forsberg during Spurs’ Champions League clash with RB Leipzig last week and will perhaps take a closer look when the two sides meet again in March. Arguably, Spurs don’t need to bring in another winger having signed Steven Bergwijn in January, but perhaps Forsberg could prove to be a cheap, effective signing.
