A lot of Newcastle United fans have revealed what they think about Richard Keys’ latest takeover update, and it is not pretty.
The beINSports host is not a popular figure on Tyneside after suggesting that Rafael Benitez should use his own money to sign players last season.
Do you believe a word Keys says?
Yes
No
Since that ridiculous comment, his popularity has decreased further, and some Toon fans think that he is a Mike Ashley apologist.
So, when he offered his view on the potential takeover, it is safe to say that many Newcastle fans ignored what he had to say.

What do we think?
Keys believes that the group led by Amanda Staveley and Mohammed bin Salman are not the frontrunners, and instead, it is another group.
He claimed that the time for Toon fans to get excited would be around mid-February.
However, Keys has been wrong on Newcastle before, so many of their fans are taking this with a pinch of salt.
