A lot of Newcastle United fans have reacted to a rumour linking them with Braga winger Ricardo Horta.
A report in Record (via Sport Witness) claims that the Toon are considering making a €12m (£10.1m) move for the winger, who has a release clause believed to be of around €30m (£25.1m).

The report says that Horta is under contract until 2024, but Newcastle want to bring him to St. James’ Park.
However, the fact they are considering bidding under the winger’s release clause has not surprised these Toon fans.
#NUFC are considering a move in the region of £10m for in-form Braga winger Ricardo Horta. The 25-year-old – who has netted 18 goals in all competitions this season – is under contract at the club until 2024 and is believed to have a release clause in the region of £25m. [Record]

What do we think?
Horta has scored 18 goals this season in all competitions and has one cap for Portugal.
The 25-year-old was linked with a move to Newcastle in January, but nothing came of the move, and now Record think Newcastle will look to bring Horta to St James’ Park in the summer (via Sport Witness).
However, with the Toon not yet safe from relegation, perhaps they should switch their attention to securing Premier League safety before deciding who they want to sign.
