A lot of Newcastle United fans have responded to an image posted by the Chronicle’s Mark Douglas of Martin Dubravka’s stunning save against Crystal Palace.
The picture shows the Slovakian diving to his right and tipping the ball over the bar with his right hand.
Would Newcastle be in trouble without Dubravka?
Yes
No
This led to Douglas asking where Newcastle would be without Dubravka, and these Toon fans feel that their club would be in the relegation zone if they did not have the 31-year-old in goal.
A brilliant picture of a brilliant save.
Dread to think where #nufc would be without @HecoDubravka. pic.twitter.com/T9vtYlwhRc

Other Toon supporters are expecting to Dubravka to leave the club in the summer.
My worry is. Chelsea are looking for a number 1… ??

Enjoy him while he’s here. He’ll be gone soon.

We’ve only got him for a few more games as he will be gone in the summer unless something dramatic happens in the summer at st James!

What do we think?
Dubravka has made the most saves in the Premier League with 114 – 16 ahead of the next-closest goalkeeper.
The Slovakian was in top form again on Saturday as he denied Gary Cahill (0:04), Scott Dann (0:23) and Jordan Ayew (1:59) with good saves.
Though many of the other Toon players weren’t good enough (as per the Chronicle), Dubravka can be proud of his performance as he stopped the Eagles from winning by more than one goal.
