This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page that included a video clip of a goal scored by Jurgen Klopp’s side, only to have it disallowed for an offside decision against Mohamed Salah.
Was Salah's performance against Southampton his best of the season so far?
Yes
No
The page labelled the disallowed goal as “incredible” in their post.

This is the way the Liverpool teams of the 80s played

The clip showed Salah score a goal after a wonderful team move from Jurgen Klopp’s side that started with goalkeeper Alisson from defence to attack. The goal was subsequently disallowed as the Egyptian wandered into an offside position as he latched onto a ball from Roberto Firmino. After the footage emerged on Twitter, many Liverpool fans took the time to share their thoughts on the move.
Remember watching this as it unfolded , as the ball went through to Salah thinking this could be an absolutely amazing team goal, so frustrating to see it flagged offside.

Yes was just off but would have probably been one of the best goals of all time otherwise

What do we think?
It was a shame that Salah was offside when he moved towards the ball. Had he stayed onside and managed to still score, it would definitely have been one of Liverpool’s best goals so far this season. But given that Liverpool eventually won the match 4-0 and are currently 22 points clear at the top of the Premier League table, they probably won’t mind that much that the goal didn’t stand.
