Yes
No

I’ve long since ceased to care about what Suarez thinks of Liverpool or its fans!

After the reception he got and the chant he heard that day, I think he’s hurt
This is just Suarez trying to kiss and make up

The Uruguayan international signed to the La Liga giants back in 2014 for a fee of £73.55 million, according to Transfermarkt. After scoring 82 goals in 133 appearances for the Merseyside club during his period there, Suarez’s comments labelling the Liverpool fans as the best in the world failed to get a positive reaction from these Reds.
No longer interested in this bloke to be honest

He’s not wrong. But I’m not sure if they still love him now or he gets the reception he expects. Good on him to still recognize the fans though.

What do we think?
It’s a shame that these Liverpool fans are still salty about Suarez leaving the club six years ago. Suarez is giving the entirety of the Liverpool fans a huge compliment, but these ones won’t accept it because he left the club to win titles at Barcelona.
