A lot of Newcastle United fans are talking about Liverpool’s new £50m training complex.
The Athletic’s James Pearce posted an article on Monday about the Reds’ plans for a brand-new training ground, and this gathered a lot of replies from some Newcastle fans who are frustrated with the lack of investment in their own – and fans are not happy.
Do Newcastle need to improve their training ground?
Yes

Liverpool’s new £50m training complex
Newcastle haven’t invested anything in their training facilities for over 20 years.
Mike Ashley you are a disgrace to the Sport.
Your ownership of Newcastle United is an insult to the Heritage of our Club #NUFC

What do we think?
Rafael Benitez did reveal in an interview after he left the Toon that he had wanted investment in the training ground, but the only improvement made was a new coat of paint.
Certainly, other top-flight clubs have made plans to improve their training facilities.
Leicester City have revealed plans for a new training complex, while Everton, on the other hand, will be leaving Goodison Park and moving into a new ground.
All of these clubs are showing ambition and improving either their stadium or training ground, while the Toon make no efforts to do either, and it is no surprise that many of their fans are annoyed with Mike Ashley’s lack of investment.
