Supporters of Everton have reacted to a report which has stated that Sporting CP are not satisfied with Yannick Bolasie and will not be purchasing him.
The winger had been on a season-long loan with an option to buy in Portugal, however, according to O Jogo, cited by Sport Witness, will return to the Toffees at the end of the season as his loan club has decided against the €4.5-million (£3.7m) option to buy (via The Gwladys Street), leaving some fans gutted.

Do you think that Yannick Bolasie could be a useful player under Carlo Ancelotti?Yes, he's a decent talentNo, he's not good enough |
The Toffees acquired the services of the 30-year-old attacker in summer of 2016 from Crystal Palace for a fee of £25 million on a five-year deal (per BBC).
However, the Merseyside club was prepared to make over a £20-million loss on the DR Congo international after just two goals and four assists in 32 appearances for Everton (per Transfermarkt).
Though, while some supporters were disappointed to hear that Bolasie would be making a return to Goodison Park at the end of his loan, others felt that it may not be so bad due to Carlo Ancelotti.
You watch carlo fantastico work his magic on him. Be like a new signing.

What do we think?
After just two goals and four assists in 22 appearances for Sporting in all competitions (per Transfermarkt), it is perhaps easier to see why the Portuguese outfit do not want to make his move permanent.
While his goals and assists return is not fantastic, his 6.89/10 average rating for the season so far is a little more positive (per WhoScored), meaning there could be potential for a good player to be made in Bolasie just waiting for Ancelotti’s influence.
