Supporters of Everton have reacted to the news that Goodison Park is set to have some new exterior branding, as relayed by Adam Jones.
As posted on Monday afternoon, the Toffees are set to introduce ‘Megafon’ branding to the outside of Goodison Park (per Liverpool Echo), which had fans delighted.

Would you mind if Goodison Park was renamed 'Megafon Park' if Ancelotti got a huge transfer budget?Yes, we would be selling our soulNo, as long as we're winning it's fine |
The delight from supporters comes as they believe that the Megafon branding is further funds from Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov, as he owns the Megafon company (per Liverpool Echo).
However, the deal may not represent any further amount of income for the Toffees, as the report states that the branding comes as part of a deal already signed with USM in July 2019 (per Liverpool Echo), however, fans were still excited.

What do we think?
As stated in an interview with the Financial Times in recent months, Usmanov is ready to begin investing in the Toffees (as per Financial Times).
While the latest branding may not actually represent any further income (via Liverpool Echo), it seems likely, due to Usmanov’s admission, that more sponsorships are just around the corner.
