Rangers Football Club have had a massive amount of success this season. The club are challenging for the Scottish Premiership and are only two points off their rivals with a game in hand (Sky Sports). If they win that game in hand they will go to the top of the table.
But the team’s on-field success is only a part of what the fans are cheering about at the moment. Alfredo Morelos is currently back in Colombia at the moment working for his charity. The Community Manager of his charity tweeted out footage of him helping out the locals and handing out resources to locals. Rangers fans loved to see this. They are proud to call Morelos a Ger and hope he stays at the club for the long haul.

Others are cynical of the press, suggesting that these kinds of stories about Morelos won’t get publicised. They would rather paint him as the villain. Another fan doesn’t think Morelos cares though. He does it because he wants to.

What do we think?
It is great to see that the fans are backing the player’s extra-curricular activities. The support him wherever he is. On the field or off. In Scotland or Colombia. The only place he is constantly, is in their hearts.
