This week it has been rumoured that Jordan Jones was set to make an exit from the Rangers camp. It is unclear whether the side are planning on offloading him indefinitely or if Steven Gerrard is weighing up a loan move for the winger.
When the news was shared on Twitter by @_IbroxLoyal, fans were unsure of what to think. Many of them can’t believe the club would be willing to move the player on that quickly without giving him a real chance to prove himself. He has only played 535 minutes of football over the course of 11 matches this season, failing to score and assisting just two goals (transfermarkt.co.uk).

Would doubt we will sell him but possibly a loan to get him match fit again

if on loan fair enough but unless it’s a solid amount I’d keep him

If true, Jones never got to show us what he could do. Naw, fake news.

Do you believe that Jones is being offloaded?
Yes
No
One fan thinks that if the story is true, it shows that either Gerrard is clueless or Jones fails to show his potential during training. Another claims that he isn’t good enough.
Gerrard lost the plot or has he not been pulling his weight

What do we think?
If Jones is offloaded it would be a real shame. As mentioned above, his game time has been limited at Rangers. It would, however, provide the sign with an opening to strengthen their side in the closing weeks of the window.
