Should Leeds forget about a takeover?

However, it was the question about a takeover that stood out.

Cross referenced the fact that Andrea Radrizzani and Nasser Al-Khelaifi were pictured having dinner last week in London, but he states that it remains a rumour for now.

How likely is a takeover?

Radrizzani did an interview with The Times in October, in which he said that he was in talks with various investors, including QSI.

However, since then, nothing has happened, and Radrizzani has continued as Leeds’ majority owner.

It is well known that he is good friends with Al-Khelafi, and though no one knows what they were discussing at their meal, it could be that it was just a meal between good friends.

What does the future hold?

Any talk of a takeover should be put on a backburner until Leeds know what league they are playing in.

All of the club’s focus should be on bringing in the players that Marcelo Bielsa needs to help the Whites finally get out of the Championship.

Bielsa has said that he needs a striker, and the club should make sure that by February the 1st, they have signed another forward.

Maybe in the summer, Radrizzani will sell, but for now, all of their focus should be on returning Leeds to the Premier League.
