A lot of Leeds United fans have reacted to a tweet from the club’s official Twitter account, which shows a stunning team goal scored by the Under-23s in their 5-0 mauling of Hull City.

Alfie McCalmont scored the goal, and it involved four Leeds youngsters before McCalmont took a touch past one of the Hull centre-backs and then fired a shot past the goalkeeper.

Do you want McCalmont to be given a chance in the first team?

Many Whites supporters were delighted with the goal.

Other Leeds fans were happy for McCalmont.

What do we think?

Leeds’ Under-23 side won 5-0 against their Hull counterparts, and this was the best goal of the match.

A fine move brilliantly finished by the young Northern Irish midfielder.

If McCalmont continues to impress and score goals like this, then it probably won’t be long until he is also given a chance.

Bielsa gave the likes of Islan Meslier and Robbie Gotts chances earlier on tonight in the FA Cup against Arsenal at the Emirates, so it’s clear to see that youngsters are a part of the South American’s plans. Although, after failing to advance in the competition, perhaps the midfielder will have to wait until next season.
