A lot of Leeds United fans were not happy with Helder Costa’s performance when he came off the bench during the Whites’ 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in the FA Cup.
In the first half, Leeds dominated as they fired in 15 shots and hit the crossbar through Patrick Bamford.
Should Bielsa have brought Costa on?
Yes, was worth the risk
No, should have left him on the bench
However, in the second half, the Gunners came out as a different beast and took the lead through Reiss Nelson.
Marcelo Bielsa responded by bringing on Costa, but the Portuguese winger could not get going, and he received some criticism from a few Leeds fans.
Yep. Not really on it tonight. But then he’s been on while we’re getting dominated tbf.

He’s very lightweight isn’t he? Seems to take an age to get some speed up

What do we think?
The Whites were arguably the better team in the first half, but they could not make their dominance count, and Arsenal punished them through Reiss Nelson.
However, Bielsa did not mess about, and he decided that Costa would be worth the risk, but the move did not work out.
The 25-year-old, who is valued at £10.8m by Transfermarkt, is in good form in the Championship, but he made no impact on the match and is one of the only Leeds players who can feel disappointed with their performance.
