A lot of Leeds United fans are shocked after Adam Pope revealed that Southampton have rejected their third offer.
Pope claims that the Whites offered to pay a sizeable loan fee and an option to to buy the 23-year-old in the summer for £20m – if Leeds got promoted.
Will Adams still end up at Leeds?
Yes, Southampton will give in soon
No, this is it now he isn't going anywhere
He did, however, say that the club are confident of bringing a forward in.
This latest update on Adams, though, has not gone well, and these Leeds fans are struggling to get their head around the offer that was made.

Ludicrous that we’ve offered them the chance to make a very decent profit on a player who’s not scored a premier league goal for them and been somewhat of a flop. Even more ludicrous that they’ve rejected that

Crazy from Southampton and a crazy offer can’t say we didn’t try let’s hope our other targets don’t hold us to ransom now they know we are desperate

What do we think?
This was a substantial offer made by the Whites to get Adams to Elland Road, and it would have given the Saints a nice profit on Adams.
Southampton paid £15m last summer for the 23-year-old so would be at least making £5m.
However, it seems that they are determined to keep Adams at St Mary’s, and the Whites must now move on; they have tried everything they can, but it is now time to forget about Adams and focus on other targets.
