Some Celtic fans have made it very clear that they want to see the club hand regular football to summer signing and left-back Greg Taylor in the next few games.
The Hoops’ 4-2-3-1 shape sees another summer signing in Boli Bolingoli play at left-back, with versatile man Jonny Hayes having also been used in that position. He has made five appearances in the left-back position so far.
Taylor too arrived in the summer from fellow Premiership club Kilmarnock but hasn’t been used too often by Neil Lennon.
Celtic fans: Should Taylor play regularly?
He deserves to play
He's still learning
The Hoops’ Twitter account posted an interview with the Scotland international recently and the fans made it clear that they want to see Taylor play regularly.
Get Taylor in. Give the lad a chance

Should be getting more first team action imo. Boli found out once again. Taylor needs a chance.

Amazing to think that Celtic FC scout did not want Greg Taylor, Lewis Morgan and a number of others when at First Touch football in Inverclyde . Great to see they proved the scout wrong

The Hoops signed Taylor, who is valued at £1.13 million (as per Transfermarkt), from the Killies this past summer and he has already made his debut for the Scottish national team. He has made three appearances for them so far, having assisted twice already.
As for Celtic, he hasn’t broken into the club’s first-team. He has made ten appearances in all competitions for the club, with only six of them being Premiership appearances. He also has one assist to his name in the league, with his last appearance for them coming in early December in the club’s 2-1 win over Hamilton.
He was a regular first-choice at Kilmarnock over the last three seasons. In their previous campaign, he made 41 appearances in all competitions for them and got one goal and four assists. In total, Taylor made 131 appearances in all competitions for the Bhoys.
What do we think?
Taylor’s performances for the Scottish side shows that he can provide that attacking intent down the left side of the pitch. He already has one assist and he has done enough already for club and country to, perhaps, at least play more football than he is. If he doesn’t start regularly, he can at least come on from the bench more often.
