Wolves fans were quick to thank Real Madrid defender on his Twitter after the Spaniard was recalled from his loan at the club.
The youngster joined Nuno Espirito Santo’s side on loan in the summer but made just two appearances in the Premier League, so it is perhaps no surprise to see him recalled by the Spanish side. Despite barely featuring for Wolves this season, fans were still thankful for his efforts during his time at the club and wished him all the best with his next loan spell with Granada.
The 23-year-old defender’s only start in the Premier League came in the 5-2 home loss against Chelsea, with the Spanish U’21 international picking up a disappointing 6.09 rating, which perhaps explains his lack of appearances since. The Real Madrid man tweeted saying: “I’d like to say many thanks to Wolves for my time in Wolverhampton. Many thanks also to the fans for all their love and support. I wish you all the best for the rest of the season and for the future.”

These Spurs fans were clearly sad to see Vallejo go and wished him all the best at his next loan spell.
What do we think?
Vallejo didn’t quite cut it with his performances in the Premier League but is still only young and has a great chance to go and show what he is capable of in his next spell at Granada.
