Do you believe that Daniel Podence will sign for Wolves or is the deal off? He'll sign, Spiers is never wrongDeal's off, Spiers is sometimes wrong |
However, despite Spiers stating that Podence would be arriving at Molineux, there have been a number of conflicting reports from Greek outlets stating that the deal is now off (as per Sportime).
The Express and Star, though, have stated that the Old Gold are still working on a deal to get Podence to the midlands (per Express and Star).
What do we think?
Well, this one seems just about as clear as mud at the moment. With some reports claiming that the deal is off and Spiers claiming that the signing could, essentially, be announced at any moment (per Tim Spiers).
If Wolves do get this one over the line, though, with five goals and five assists over 27 games in all competitions for his Greek club (per Transfermarkt), the Old Gold will have a classy player on their hands.
