Genuinely don’t mind now we have Neto and possibly Podence as Jota can play as a striker. Might be a bit underwhelming but I’m not worried at all.

Would Nelson Oliveira have been a good signing for Nuno Espirito Santo's Wolves?Yes, would have been a good backupNo, seems like he wouldn't have fit in |
During this season, the 28-year-old has been in fine form for his Super League 1 club, having bagged ten goals and six assists in 21 outings in all competitions (as per Transfermarkt).
However, he has previously proved unreliable in the Premier League, with one goal and one assist in ten outings in England’s top flight (per Transfermarkt), which left many fans not fussed over the transfer’s breakdown.
That’s a bonus! We require much better than him!!

We do need a striker who’s gonna be mainly back up but someone who doesn’t have the best attitude or quality for European and Prem games isn’t the answer!

Well that’s £6m saved and knowing our lot they’ll purchase an unknown and turn £8m into the next Raul ( May have to chip in a few more pesetas though)

What do we think?
Despite his impressive return of 16 goal involvements over 21 games in all competitions this season, the Portuguese forward has previously proved that he cannot cut it in the Premier League (as per Transfermarkt).
While Wolves are still in need of a backup striker (as per Express and Star), this one may be a blessing in disguise the have missed out on.
