This makes a lot of sense given our squad problems, he’s shown nothing but promise everywhere he’s had chance to play. I’ve watched him at u23 level and he looked fantastic, really hoping he can take his chance.

Are you pleased to see Ryan Giles return to Wolves to provide first-team cover?Yes, it's a smart move by the clubNo, he would be better staying on loan |
During this season, the youngster has featured in 25 games for Shrewsbury in all competitions, in which he has scored one goal and assisted a further three (as per Transfermarkt).
His recall to Molineux has likely come due to Ruben Vinagre picking up an injury in the FA Cup defeat to Manchester United (as per Daily Mail), which had fans pleased to see the 19-year-old return to provide cover.
Great lad and be good to have around the place again developing with the “squad” but we’re not saying this is a first team signing are we lads? #wwfc

What do we think?
With the Portuguese full-back, Vinagre, picking up an injury against the Red Devils, it is a smart move to recall the youngster from Shrewsbury so that they are not caught short.
Whether he starts or not, Giles could be a good player to have around the squad if a new full-back does not come in until Vinagre is back to full fitness.
