West Ham United are being linked with a move for the former Premier League midfielder Steven Nzonzi.
The 31-year-old who currently plays his football for the Turkish giants Galatasaray has reportedly turned down a move to Sheffield United but remains on the wish lists of both David Moyes and Everton’s Carlo Ancelotti, that’s according to a report by Futbol Arena (via Sport Witness).
The Hammers fans will be keen for their side to strengthen in order to assist them in climbing up the table but what do they think of Nzonzi as a potential arrival?
Would you like to see Steven Nzonzi in a West Ham shirt?

Available on Loan ?? explains our interest in a player not wanted by his current club. So much for not wanting other clubs cast offs ?? I actually feel sorry for Moyes. If the club gets relegated then he will be the scapegoat. Yet the real reason for failure are the owners.

Same player we were looking to buy 8 years ago. Probably the same agents hawking him to Sullivan as last time.

What do we think?
Steven Nzonzi is a highly-experienced midfield player who could possibly do a job in the West Ham midfield with the talent and ability he has but we suspect it’s the short-term view that this signing would represent which is perhaps concerning the supporters.
The Frenchman is a World Cup and UEFA Europa League winner, he’s played 195 times in the Premier League and has represented the likes of Sevilla and AS Roma. As far as a temporary fix goes, David Moyes and West Ham United could probably do a lot worse.
