Some Spurs fans were delighted to hear that the club are still being linked with a move for Inter striker Gabriel Barbosa in this month’s transfer window.
According to the Daily Mirror, as quoted by the Express, the North London club are interested in the Brazilian after his impressive loan spell with Flamengo, but Inter could demand up to £25 million for his services. Harry Kane was recently ruled out until April with a hamstring injury, meaning signing a new striker has quickly become a priority for Jose Mourinho.
Barbosa has struggled since joining Inter in 2016; having made just 10 appearances for the Italian side after several loan moves away. However, his latest loan move to Flamengo proved to be extremely successful, with the 23-year-old hitting an impressive 34 goals in 43 games, which has seen his market value dramatically increase, with the striker now valued at £20.7 million by transfermarkt.

Won’t happen but would be incredible if it did. Watched him play in the Copa and he is something else.
That said controlling his temper is still a big issue, think he had 3 red cards for Flamengo last year.
