These Tottenham Hotspur fans slate Davinson Sanchez after his poor performance against Middlesbrough.
Sanchez could only achieve a WhoScored rating of 6.6/10, which was the worst rating from any of Tottenham Hotspur’s starting players.
Despite his poor rating as Spurs beat Middlesbrough 2-1, the Colombian did manage to maintain a pass success percentage of 95%, however it appears that many of the Lilywhite faithful were far from happy with what they saw from the South American throughout the night.
Here’s what the Tottenham Hotspur fans had to say about Sanchez on Twitter:
Imagine being a centre half and not being able to read the flight of the ball to head it. Davinson Sanchez people

Davinson Sánchez; no, just no, never. He’s brainless and careless; an obligation in any profession. The worst £47m ever spent in British football. Get rid, now. #THFC

@SpursOfficial The curious case of Davinson Sanchez! Solid against Liverpool on Saturday, all over the place tonight!
Good job he has Tanganga to look after him.#COYS #THFC— Chris Beresford (@CNBeresford) January 14, 2020
Should Davinson Sanchez start against Watford?
Yes
No
So far this season, Sanchez has played 17 matches in the Premier League, averaging a WhoScored rating of 6.68/10, which is not too far of today’s 6.6/10.
These Spurs fans were clearly unhappy with Sanchez’s performance against Middlesbrough; it’s lucky Tottenham won otherwise the critics may have been much harsher.
Davinson Sanchez is having a shocker klaxon

Some people say Graeme Souness got scammed the hardest when he signed Ali Dia at Southampton, but I think it’s safe to say Pochettino takes the spot when he signed Davinson Sanchez. Colombian Titus Bramble. #coys

What Do We Think?
Luckily for Davinson Sanchez, Tottenham Hotspur still beat Middlesbrough, but a player like Sanchez shouldn’t have to depend on luck. However, we don’t think the Colombian should be dropped, the 23-year-old at least needs to be given a chance to redeem himself against Watford before taking drastic action.
