The January Transfer Window is drawing towards its conclusion and it’s being reported that Tottenham Hotspur are still in the market for a striker. In particular, AC Milan’s Krzysztof Piatek – that’s according to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira.
However, the report claims the club could be looking to include one of Victor Wanyama, Juan Foyth or Erik Lamela in order to reduce the €30m (£25.3m) transfer fee the Serie A giants are said to be demanding.
Would you swap Lamela as part of a deal for Piatek?
Yes
No
But it appears the fans aren’t on board with the idea of Lamela, in particular, being allowed to leave…
Better not of offered Lamela hes proving to be good finally

Lamela must stay with us!!! It is among the best and should not be sold

Lamela has been one of our most consistent players this year. I don’t see the value in letting him go anywhere.

Lamela? That would be mental.

What do we think?
Lamela arrived in North London having previously played for another of the Italian giants, AS Roma. Signed for £27m (via Transfermarkt.co.uk), the 27-year-old has made 208 appearances for the club. In that time, he’s scored 33 goals and provided 45 assists.
He’s only managed 14 league appearances this term but of late the Argentinian has perhaps shown glimpses of what he can do therefore you can understand why the club’s supporters are desperate for him to stay. Allowing Lamela to leave this month wouldn’t be strengthening the squad, you could argue it would be leaving Jose Mourinho short of attacking options.
