Spurs fans were less than impressed to hear that left-back Danny Rose was involved in a heated exchange with Jose Mourinho after the manager left him out of last weekend’s game with Watford.
According to the Daily Mail (via Ricky Sacks), the 29-year-old was far from happy with Mourinho’s decision to leave him out of the game against Nigel Pearson’s side and took issue with the former Manchester United and Chelsea manager. This led to some Spurs players being unhappy with the England international’s reaction and behaviour as the situation quickly escalated.
Rose has struggled for game time under Mourinho; making just five appearances in all competitions since he was appointed in November, despite the long-term injury suffered by fellow left-back Ben Davies. The defender has made 214 appearances for Spurs having come through their academy but has fallen out of favour with fans after he revealed he would be running down his contract with the club in an interview last year.

These Spurs fans clearly feel that Rose should be punished for his latest misdemeanour, with some suggesting that he should just be sacked from his contract.
What do we think?
Rose has been a decent player for Spurs during his years with the club but this season his performances have been far from good enough; averaging a disappointing 6.52 rating. It seems clear that he no longer wants to play for the club, so if Mourinho can move the £18 million rated man on this month then it seems like a win-win situation
