Tottenham Hotspur have been dealt another injury blow with Moussa Sissoko having been ruled out until April after undergoing knee surgery.
However, according to Standard Sport (via @Daily_Hotspur), the club are refusing to be forced into changing their transfer plans as a result.
The supporters are becoming increasingly frustrated by the noises coming out of the club in regards to any potential business this month and have labelled those in charge as embarrassing.

What do we think?
With the number of injuries Spurs are having to contend with rapidly increasing, you can understand the supporters’ frustration. Daniel Levy has always been a difficult man to negotiate with and perhaps the noises we are hearing are an attempt to play down the mini-crisis they are currently facing. If the club were to publicly declare their desperate need for reinforcements, it would encourage those they wish to do business with to demand greater transfer fees.
Perhaps Spurs will dip into the transfer market, despite the reports, it’s impossible to be sure of their intentions – the only thing we can be sure of is that the further we get into the window, the greater the pressure will be from the club’s loyal supporters.
