Lots of Spurs fans have been reacting to Harry Kane’s tweet after the 26-year-old wished Christian Eriksen good luck following his transfer to Inter.

Eriksen completed his transfer to Antonio Conte’s side on Tuesday afternoon and Kane was quick to wish his former teammate good luck in his next chapter on Twitter. The Danish international joined Spurs in 2013 and went on to make 305 appearances for the North London club in nearly seven years there, many of which will have been shared with the England captain.

The 27-year-old provided 89 assists in his time at Spurs, with Kane no doubt benefitting from a lot of the midfielder’s passes in the last few years. Spurs are still without Kane, with the striker sidelined until April with a hamstring injury, which has left a lot of fans upset that they didn’t get a chance to see the two playing together one final time.

Will Bergwijn and Lo Celso fill the gap left by Eriksen?

These Spurs fans were clearly upset by Kane’s post on Eriksen and will be hoping to see their striker back fit as soon as possible.

What do we think?

Luckily for Kane, Spurs have brought in Giovani Lo Celso and Steven Bergwijn on permanent deals, so he should still have plenty of chances created for him when he does return from injury.
