A lot of Spurs fans are fuming with Jose Mourinho’s comments in his press conference as he believes that the return of Hugo Lloris and the emergence of Japhet Tangana are like new signings for Tottenham (Sky Sports via Daily Hotspur on Twitter).
Should Spurs have signed a striker?
Yes
No
This has annoyed these Spurs fans who are desperate for another signing.

What do we think?
Tottenham have brought in Gedson Fernandes on an 18-month loan deal from Benfica with an option to buy.
Spurs have also added Steven Bergwijn from PSV Eindhoven. However, they have not replaced Harry Kane, who is out until April due to a hamstring injury.
Spurs have been linked with the likes of Olivier Giroud, Krzysztof Piatek, and Willian Jose, but none of those deals have come off, and Mourinho looks like he will have to deal without a recognised striker until April.
Bergwijn and Fernandes are good deals, but Tottenham surely should have brought in a striker to cover Kane while the England man is out.
