A lot of Newcastle United fans have responded to Jetro Willems’ tweet.
The 25-year-old was ruled out for the season after he suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in the Toon’s 1-0 win over Chelsea.
Callum Hudson-Odoi and Willems clashed knees in the first half, and Steve Bruce later confirmed that the Dutchman would be out for the season.
This led Willems to post a message of thanks, and he promised that this would not be his last match in a Toon shirt.
Can Ritchie fill in for Willems?
Yes, he was left-wing-back last season and was excellent
No, he can't replace Willems
This latest tweet has led to a lot of Newcastle fans responding with messages of support for Willems.

What do we think?
The 25-year-old, who is valued at £6.3m by Transfermarkt, must now focus on his recovery, but the Toon will miss him for the rest of the season.
Willems took advantage of an injury to Matt Ritchie to make that left-wing-back spot his, and from there, he contributed two goals and three assists.
It is a good job that Ritchie is back for Bruce’s men, but he will have a hard job replacing Willems, who these Toon fans hope to see again at St James’ Park next season.
