Liverpool fans have been reacting on Twitter to recent match footage of Virgil van Dijk in the Reds’ midweek victory over West Ham United.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @Kloppholic shared a post on their official page sharing a video originally published by @LFC_Videos_ of the Dutchman expertly defending a dangerous run at goal from the Hammers’ Robert Snodgrass.

As well as this clip of shielding Snodgrass away from the Liverpool goal, Van Dijk also managed to keep a clean sheet in the Reds 2-0 win at the London Stadium. After the match, when this footage emerged, many Liverpool fan took the time to share their delight with the defender’s work in the match.
