Liverpool fans on Twitter have been praising Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @AnfieldRd96 shared a post on their page of a photograph of Grealish whilst asking their followers what they thought about the Englishman.
Would you take Jack Grealish at Liverpool?
Yes
No
Interestingly, former Liverpool player Danny Murphy has tipped the Reds to sign the midfielder in the past, but a potential deal doesn’t appear to be on the horizon.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were eager to share their opinions on the 24-year-old.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans praising Grealish:

The Villa captain put in a cracking performance in Villa’s 2-1 win over Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City side in the Carabao Cup in midweek, with WhoScored giving him a match rating of 7.2. After this performance, many Liverpool fans took to Twitter to share their own praises for the Villa ace.
Excellent

What do we think?
It’s nice to see so many Liverpool fans praising another team’s player. It’s good that they recognise a good player when they see one and with a season rating of 7.37 according to WhoScored, Grealish is certainly having a terrific campaign so far.
Of course, the Reds already have the likes of Georginio Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, Adam Lallana, Alex Oxalde-Chamberlain and Fabinho in the middle of midfield, but the Englishman offers a more attacking approach, evidenced by his nine goals and seven assists this season.
