Is the goal against Newcastle United the turning point for Moise Kean's Everton career?Yes, will be a huge confidence boostNo, he'll still need a little more time |
The goal against the Toon marked the 19-year-old’s first in English football since his summer move from Juventus for a fee in the area of £27.5 million (as per BBC).
With an average rating of 6.36/10 for this season so far (as per WhoScored), fans could have been forgiven for losing faith in the youngster, however, many were behind him after the club’s post.

What do we think?
It feels as though it has been a long time coming for the young striker to bag his first goal, having not scored in his first 21 appearances (per Transfermarkt), but, hopefully, it is the start of a run of form.
Having picked up an 8/10 performance rating for the outing against Steve Bruce’s side (per Liverpool Echo), fans will be expecting more of the same going forward.
