Everton: Fans fume over Oumar Niasse loan move snubs

|

Everton fans have aired their fury over the news that Oumar Niasse has rejected two potential loan moves to Championship clubs.

According to Football Insider, the 29-year-old forward does not want to make the step down from the Premier League and has therefore rejected two potential deals (via Everton News Feed), leaving fans livid.

Should Everton pay off Oumar Niasse to terminate his contract now?

Yes, he needs to just go

No, just wait until summer

Over his time with the Toffees, the Senegalese striker has featured in 40 games, in which he has scored nine goals and assisted a further four for teammates (as per Transfermarkt).

With his last senior outing coming in the 1-1 away draw with Manchester United under Duncan Ferguson, supporters felt there were a couple of solutions to Niasse turning down loan moves.

What do we think?

With just over five months left on the striker’s contract at Goodison Park (per Transfermarkt), you would expect that he would be itching to get consistent first-team football somewhere to prove himself.

That does not seem to be the case, however, whatever happens, the Toffees should be rid of Niasse after the end of this season.
