Supporters of Everton have discussed the potential transfer value of Icelandic midfielder, Gylfi Sigurdsson.
The question was posed to supporters by @TheKendallEnd, to decide how much the 30-year-old playmaker is worth after reportedly being told he is set to leave Goodison Park this month (as per The Sun).
Everton bought him for around 50million, what do you think we could get for him now? 20? 30? pic.twitter.com/O5WyfUuIuH

???? £10/£15million IF any mugs want to take him .
Can see him going out on loan to Bundesliga or even La Liga for one year @MrAncelotti doesn’t fancy him or #snide He’ll bring in few CMs to go With Gomez & Gbamin @Everton ( 4 good CMs then )— Ronnie Robinson (@Goodisongreats) January 24, 2020

Wages he’s on you’d be lucky to get £20m. I’d take £15m if we could get it.

I reckon you’d still recoup £30-35m.
Someone like West Ham, Villa it Palace would have him the charlatan— james donnelly (@jimsize9) January 23, 2020
Anything that’s offered , terrible buy wasn’t worth anymore than 25 mill at the time and we paid double ?

Reckon we could get 50 back for him, or maybe have to settle for a little lower around 40p.

What do you believe Gylfi Sigurdsson's current market value is?£0-£10m£11m-£20m£21m-£30m£31m+ |
During this season, the attacking midfielder has featured in 24 games for the Toffees in all competitions, in which he has scored two and assisted one (as per Transfermarkt).
However, with a 6.74/10 average rating do far this term (per WhoScored), some supporters felt that Sigurdsson should not be on the list to depart Goodison Park at all.
What do we think?
If the report by The Sun is to be believed, then it looks as though Sigurdsson may not be an Everton player for all that much longer.
Despite having a market value at £25.2 million (per Transfermarkt), a player is only worth what another team is willing to pay for them and after not setting the world alight with Everton, his value may not actually be as high as his predicted one.
