Supporters of Everton have aired that they are desperate that Ragnar Klavan will not be a January signing for the Toffees.
According to Blog Cagliari Calcio, Carlo Ancelotti has given the club the green light for the Toffees’ hierarchy to go out and sign former Liverpool defender, Klavan (via Everton News Feed), which had supporters puzzled.

Would you be happy to see Everton sign Ragnar Klavan in the January transfer window?Yes, he would give good depthNo, would be a disaster signing |
The 34-year-old centre-back has featured on 16 occasions for Cagliari in league and cup so far this term (per Transfermarkt), with an average rating of 6.45/10 (per Whoscored).
Due to the Estonian’s age, poor standard of performances so far this term and ties to the Reds, they were extremely keen for the move to be a myth.
Rather bring back jags

After Carlo shot down the Zlatan rumors so quickly, I’m going to just assume this type of thing is false until proven otherwise.

What do we think?
In short, this one seems strange and unlikely.
The source is questionable, to say the least, and the move overall just does not make sense other than the fact that Klavan is an experienced defender that would likely be available on the cheap due to his low market value, £1.35 million.
